Beer Dinner Menu:

-Belgian Wit-

A traditional belgian wit with a twist. Along with the traditional crushed coriander and bitter orange peel, a late citrusy aromatic hop addition was included for an extra citrusy kick to this great style. Notes of orange/citrus in the nose. A light to medium body beer with a good amount of coriander and orange flavor and yeast esters to top it off.

5.5 % ABV / 13 IBU

Paired with endive leaves with crab salad

-Sichuan Saison-

A French Saison beer infused with Sichuan Peppercorns. This spice has no heat, but does have a depth of flavor from citrus to savory. These flavors pair with the natural floral and pepper notes of saison yeast.

6.2% ABV / 16 IBU

Paired with spinach artichoke soup with crispy bacon and toasted baguettes

-Japanese Sake-Yeast Beer-

A beer fermented with Japanese sake yeast. The unique flavor and aroma are the byproducts of the sake yeast and take center stage to the malt and hop characters. Sake yeast qualities are best described as having a mild fruitiness reminiscent of what you would associate with a Belgian Dubbel. Hop bitterness, flavor and aroma are low in order to back up the sake-like characters.

6.7 % ABV / 23 IBU

Paired with seared sea bass filet with blood orange buerre blanc, asparagus, celery root and potato puree

An American Pale Ale that is light golden color with medium malty biscuit character. This beer is Mosaic bittered and finished to accent the tart characteristic of the rhubarb and strawberries.

6.3 % ABV / 46 IBU

Paired with strawberry rhubarb baked Alaska

Tickets are on sale now in the Tasting Room. $50 per ticket, or $90 for pair.
